ReCRUITMENT Information FORMS
Members including actives and alumnae, as well as non-members are encouraged to submit a Recruitment Information form for Potential New Members who embody our values. RIFs have replaced our previous Recommendation Form—also known as a "rec."
Recruitment Information Forms are not a requirement—nor do they guarantee membership—but they are beneficial to our chapter when filled out as completely as possible.
You should either email or print & mail this form to our chapter. Emailed recommendation forms should be sent to our Director of Membership, Jenna Chadbourne, at ugaalphagam@gmail.com. Mailed recommendation forms should be addressed to:
